HeritageQuest Online updates?

Aside from the "What's New" link on the actual HQ search pages, is there anywhere that HeritageQuests lists updates or updates in progress?  It's frustrating to not know when anything new is coming and they only seem to update that "What's New" link about every 18 months.

It looks like the best way to get updates is by subscribing to the email alert list for HeritageQuest. Go to this web page and sign up, making sure to select the Product Bulletin for HeritageQuest Online.

went to website to sign up for updates and said error 22121.  would not let me know what it was and what about the title, institution etc.  just put in name and address. I am not in any other catagory

There is a Contact Us page with phone and email addresses that might help too.
