Online Scotland telephone book

I would like to locate a telephone book online that would permit me to call those with my surname in Motherwell, Lanark, Scotland.  Does anyone know of a website offering this.  They are plentiful in the US, but I have had very poor luck in the UK.  Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

I am quite happy for the Eastman Forum--as it has provided some excellent help, very quickly.  I wish more people would participate--but that will improve as time goes on.
